The Spin Circuit classes at Mick’s Gym Melton are specifically designed for the busy person who struggles to find the time to fit exercise into their work day.

Spin is a non impact cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. You WILL Sweat! The class incorporates, intervals, hills sprints and a few recovery jogs. You will burn fat, build endurance, stamina and overall fitness levels, as well as give you the edge in the cycling circuit. All topped off with belly blasting core exercises.

The 30 Mins Spin Class Express classes at Mick’s Gym Melton run at the following times:

  • Wednesdays at 6.30pm
  • Fridays at 5.30pm
  • Saturdays at 9.00am
