The MetaPRO classes at Mick’s Gym Melton are a member of the Metafit family and uses high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques to put your body to the test. This circuit is demanding, so make sure you’re prepared and get ready to sweat!

This advanced workout measures your speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) in a series of exercises and training drills. You’ll have to push yourself with a number of cardio and strength conditioning exercises that are guaranteed to sculpt your muscles, as well as improve your agility and overall fitness levels.

Class Times

The MetaPRO classes at Mick’s Gym Melton run at the following times:

  • Mondays at 8.30pm
  • Wednesdays at 7.30pm
  • Fridays at 6.00am
