Spin classes are extremely easy to follow and give great results in all the key muscle groups. The classes involve high-intensity aerobic and resistance training techniques aimed at burning calories, blasting fat and improving muscle tone.

Class Times

The Spin classes at Mick’s Gym Melton run at the following times:

  • Mondays at 6.30pm
  • Wednesdays at 6.30pm
  • Fridays at 6.00am and 5.30pm
  • Saturdays at 9.00am
