At Mick’s Gym in Melton we offer personal training with our various employed trainers. Depending on your goal we have a variety of trainers for you.

- Jason – General diet advice, workout plans, bodybuilding, muscle gain, weight loss & general fitness – Available anytime.
- Maverick – X Training based, high intensity workouts and general fitness. Available anytime
- Kelly – Boxing, weight loss, body building, strength and conditioning, general fitness, workout programs. Available Monday 4-8pm, Wednesday 4-8pm and Friday 9am to 2pm
Personal Trainer Bios
My passion for this industry started at a young age, first completing my personal training certificate in my late teens. 20 years on and many professions later I find myself back to personal training. I never stopped pursuing my training and I am now a multiple National and World record holding powerlifter.
I have had the pleasure of training many top level powerlifters who have gone on to set National and World records. My skills do not stop at powerlifting, I competed in strongman for many years and as a state swimmer and water polo player as well as an avid rugby union enthusiast.
My skills at weight loss, muscle building and strength and conditioning training has helped me become an all-round personal trainer. As a powerlifting competitor who competes in multiple weight categories I have become accustomed to being able to drop weight but maintain strength and muscle mass to compete in various weight categories.
Personal Training Fees
Personal training sessions are for 50 minutes and have a standard rate of $40.
Sessions can be paid for either online with your credit card, or in person at the gym.
